When do I get charged?

For studio bookings we ask that you pay 50% upon signing the contract and 50% day before shoot or rental. Cancellations after signing a contract will result in a 50% refund or studio credit for your next rental. In order to hold a date for production a deposit is required.

How do you handle overtime?

All overtime is tracked as time and a half and billed accordingly.

What is your cleaning policy?

We pride ourselves on our appearance. The studio will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. Clients agree to leave all fixtures in the same condition they found them. Disposal of large objects might include an additional charge. Any items left for 2 or more days without prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and discarded. At the end of your rental period please make sure all trash is disposed of in the large bins outside. A cleaning fee will be included in your rental cost based on party size and rental type.

Do I need a COI?

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is a document provided by an insurer as proof of insurance. A COI is required to rent the space as we do not provide insurance to renters. Feel free to read our blog on COIs to learn how to obtain a COI.

Is there parking?

There is free parking around the corner on Isaac St. If you would like a space in the front of the building we are happy to arrange one for you for $50 per space

Do you have a liquor license?

SPACE67STUDIOS does not have a liquor license– however, you are welcome to hire a caterer or bartender with a liquor and catering license.

Do you rent equipment?

Lighting and sound equipment is available to rent upon request. We partner with many local vendors to provide all the necessary items you need to host your event.

Who is responsible for damages?

Client is responsible for any damage to SPACE67STUDIOS property and will be required to pay reasonable repair costs.

What are your studio rules?

Client is responsible for the conduct and welfare of all talent, guests and employees of the client. SPACE67STUDIOS will have a designated employee on site for all rentals. If SPACE67STUDIOS is alerted of any misconduct, illegal activity, or rowdy behavior the shoot or event will be canceled immediately and authorities will be alerted. In such cases no refunds will be issued.

Is there a designated place to smoke?

Smoking is not permitted in our building– however, we do have a designated smoking section in our back alleyway.

What if my talent is under 18?

Client is responsible for making sure all models & talent under the age of 18 are either accompanied by a parent or guardian, or have written consent from a parent or guardian to photograph.

What’s with all the artwork?

SPACE67STUDIOS serves as a pop-up shop for browngrotta arts, a Wilton based art gallery. Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary rights for the use of the artwork in photos, videos or other media created. Artwork can be removed upon request for an additional fee.
